1. Training Profile:-How to convince bank customers about bank loans, credit cards etc. (This is a paid training program).

2. Training shift:-10am-7pm & Monday to Saturday

3.SSTPS[unit of apeindia]: SSTPS team contacts applicants who want to pursue career in banking industry, then they register name, then counseling by HR then after admission banking training starts to SSTPS ASSOCIATES. After completing the three months of training, the trainee will go to the final interview in the Indian banking industry.

3.2. SSTPS IS THE BANKING TRAINING AND PLACEMENTS INSTITUTE.OUR PLACEMENT ASSURANCE’S BANKS(FOR GRADUTE AND ABOVE) AND BANK DSA(FOR HIGHER SECONDARY) completing three months of training at sstps or associates. we never assure that training will be start under any bank.

3.Applicant must complete training and provision period at Kolkata branch. After completion of the training the trainee will join BANKING DSA as Loan Relationship Executive. SSTPS HR team, The name icici dsa is used in this Agreement to denote Private Banks DSA.

4. Both training and dsa job placement will be fixed by the SSTPS organization. Under no circumstances can the venue be changed.

5. Selected trainees will have to transfer to the training accommodation. SSTPS accepts local accommodation only for security reasons of applicant and office… 1.Electric bill or Aadhaar or voter card of landlord name. Court notarized rental agreement between tenant and landlord. All documents must be submitted 24 hours before the center reporting date.

6) Sstps Received all amount for Training and paper processing fees purpose. so sstps taken liabilities for only training. also assured a banking dsa employment for our trainee. if ,applicant want to employment in private bank then have to do proper training and try working hard for walk-in(for graduates and above). sstps do not sale any employment so request to our applicants please listen very carefully of our HR team conversation on call time, for any doubt ask every clause of sstps agreement before processing. after process applicant can't violate our agreement clause.

6. b)SSTPS Institute training fees or placement counseling charges once paid are non-refundable.

6.c) SSTPS does not take any grant money from the applicant for job purpose and SSTPS does not offer direct job opportunities without training. our organization.

7. Applicant should convert from savings account to salary account, if not have salary account. Note:- The trainee will get back First after 30 days will get back the 8k which the applicant paid to SSTPS as fee. From 2nd to 6month Applicant will job in bank credit card dsa for financial sector job experience letter. After experience letter issue applicant will go to local icici bank for interview. sstps play roll in this selection as a training & man power provider organization.

8. Training will be complete offline (Kolkata Centre). SSTPS Institute is providing Banking Sales Skill Development Training only [Duration of training provision is one month from the date of reporting to Kolkata Centre]

9. Will join Kolkata office as an employee of any Bank DSA However SSTPS assure the trainee that completing the training as an employee can start working in kolkata as a loan executive but only condition is that particular employee joins as loan executive(in-office job)but payroll companies decision will be final. Joining branch is available in Kolkata.

9.2) BANKING DSA recruits in its organization if, applicants come from SSTPS institute and face payroll companies’ interview at Easymoney dsa Kolkata office. Annual basic pay scale 96k to 1.2L on monthly basis as an on job trainee.

9.3) SSTPS Declaration: SSTPS does not take any grant for recruitment or make any promise to join bank jobs directly before training. SSTPS is a Sub DSA of Credit Division. SSTPS does not directly recruit employees for bank jobs, SSTPS banking recruits applicants for financial training to sstps, after training we recruit as BDE in payroll companies or sstps's private limited payroll.

10. For the purpose of banking and financial training the applicant has to pay Application, Training, court notary agreement fee including GST. SSTPS Full fee up to Ten thousand seven hundred eighty Indian Rupees depending on the IQ level of the applicants (fee negotiable). All fees once paid are non-refundable, unless rejected by sstps. Once paid is non-refundable, if the applicant skips the process before completing the training and placement process or unless rejected by sstps. Applicant will get GST receipt copy of payment collected from sstps. Read carefully all the related documents regarding joining sstps based training and understand the fee structure well from SSTPS executives.

10.b) This is fully banking financial professional training for banking jobs opportunity. This training isn’t under bank. should signing this agreement in a sound frame of mind and not under the influence of any drug/medication or alcohol.

11. The applicant has agreed to attend and complete the SSTPS Institute training without any issues.

12. After signing the contract, if the applicant refuses the training or Bad allegations on SSTPS institute reputation without proof or If, the trainee breaks the rules and regulations of the institute before completing the training or SSTPS legal team may take strict legal action against the applicant or defamation claim through High-Court notice in case of wrongly claiming refund of fees from SSTPS Institute after signing the contract.

13. Declaimer: Applicants selected by SSTPS Institute Counselor Panel though for Online Banking and Financial Skill Development Training. sstps never claim that they can join icici or other private bank directly or have any agreement with icici or other private bank.sspts generally believe that after doing banking training with icici or other private bank and interview one can get a job in an organization like icici or other private bank. sstps thinks that without proper skill and education base no job is available in icici or other private bank on any money basis. So sstps demands to do banking training and BANKING DSA also demands to be placed in icici or other private bank interview after training. If there is any similarity between sstps training and icici or other private bank training it is a coincidence. sstps organization has nothing to do with icici or other private bank organization in reality. Does not promise to give job by direct payment of any money. Signature the agreement paper after reading and understanding it well.

14. SSTPS has given one day to read the agreement paper and refund. Fees paid are non-refundable once you have submitted the signature agreement.

15. Applicant's application was processed online by SSTPS Institute few days back and SSTPS Institute deems candidate selected for this training internship after counseling. So that SSTPS Institute can contact the candidate for further detailed discussion.[warning: always remember that don't paying any donation amount to get direct job appointment letter to any organization]

16. Refund policy: SSTPS followed by zero refund policy if applicants skip out ongoing process or do not join training after getting training letter. So read carefully all documents before signature.

17. Applicant please fill and submit the agreement very carefully before signing. Please ask our executive if you have any doubt or unclear idea about the contract clause. If you're not interested, don't sign the contract.

18. Cancellation Policy: Applicant refrains from fulfilling the entire norms of SSTPS Institute or refrains from training to join SSTPS company or fails to pay reference fee then full paid fee will not be refunded but exigent circumstances of applicant like (accident, death of family member) SSTPS 10% Can accept refund request letter for return. Always remember that refund is a long time process, this refund process can take up to nine months to complete and refund of fees is not mandatory it is an optional procedure. 19. All disputes between the parties shall be governed by the jurisdiction of Burdwan or Kolkata High Court. If, future legal complexity or issue of defamation arises between the parties.
