Refund Policy

No Refund Policy
Please read carefully before proceeding with the payment.
Once Paid, No Refund
SSTPS Company will no issue any refund for the training fee, course fees, or any other fees once the payment has been made, regardless of the reason for not joining or completing the training program or course.

Reasons for No Refund Policy:

* Administrative Costs: Processing refunds involves significant administrative costs, including but not limited to payment processing fees, staff time, and system updates.

* Resource Allocation: Training programs and courses require substantial resource allocation, including instructor time, training materials, and facility usage. Once a seat is reserved, it cannot be easily reallocated.

* Fairness to Other Participants: The fees help cover costs for all participants. A refund policy could negatively impact the overall program and other trainees.

Exceptions:

In exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen medical emergencies or natural disasters, SSTPS Company may consider a case-by-case basis for a refund or transfer of the fee to a future program or course. However, documentation supporting the claim will be required.
By making a payment for the training program or course, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this No Refund Policy. Please ensure you are fully committed to attending the training program or course before making the payment.
